About Kay Grossman

I believe that every individual is talented, creative and whole.  My goal is to assist each of my clients to maximize their unique strengths and minimize or eliminate seemingly insurmountable challenges.

Both my educational and work background uniquely position me to do that. In my undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate programs I learned how to identify and positively address individual processing and learning differences. As a learning specialist for over twenty-five years I've helped hundreds of adolescents and adults with ADHD and/or learning disabilities use their strengths to become effective readers, writers, and mathematicians, and all-around proficient, more organized, enthusiastic learners.

ADHD Coach Training

My ADHD coach training builds on this strong focus of using strengths to help overcome challenges. Along with essential life-coaching skills, I've acquired a depth of understanding and a range of valuable techniques to specifically address the myriad manifestations of challenges of focus and attention at home and work.

... helping people move toward more satisfying, productive lives.

My coaching expertise in building focus and time management skills helps my clients live the lives they desire. Through a positive perspective and intuitive style I envision great potential and strength in every individual. I bring an empathic, supportive approach to coaching and enjoy finding possibility and humor in perplexing situations. My coaching is richer for the special sensibilities developed over the years I've worked as a learning specialist.

Most importantly, my training and experience afford me the ability to help clients view themselves in much the way I view them—filled with possibility and fundamentally whole.
